KINETIC STUDIES ON ADSORPTION OF METHYLENE BLUE USING NATURAL LOW COST ADSORBENT

Abstract

  natural biosorbent by adsorption process. Vigna Trilobata pod was used as a potential biosorbent for the removal of methylene blue under different experimental conditions. Four kinetic models, pseudo first order, pseudo second order, Elovich and Weber Morris Intra Particle Diffusion models, were examined to find the biosorption kinetics.
